Toolriver will not only beat any authorized Canadian physical retailer or online retailer's price, we'll beat it by 10% of the difference, and if you find a better price within 15 days of purchase we'll beat that too!

How do I request a Rapid Price Beat?
3 Easy Steps
Step #1:
Find a lower advertised price from an authorized Canadian dealer.
Step #2:
Visit Toolriver.ca go to an item you wish to Price Beat. On the item description page, click the Enquiry button. In the Message Request box enter the website URL and price for the desired price beat then click Send Message.
Step #3:
We verify that the item is in-stock and available for immediate sale at the advertised price. We will then beat that price by 10% of the difference before taxes and contact you!
If you are wishing to request a Rapid Price Beat for a bundle deal, simply do the following steps:
Simply add all of the individual items that are in our competitors bundle to our shopping cart and enter a comment in the "Special instructions for seller with your order" section of your shopping cart requesting a price beat with a link to the competitor's webpage advertising the bundle. If you place your order online and it does not qualify for the requested price beat you will be contacted and your credit card will not be charged.
* Please allow up to 24 hours for price beat verification. For price beat requests done while our competitor is closed, we will need to verify that the item is in-stock and available for sale the next day at 9:00am MST/MDT or whenever the competitor is open for business. If you place your order online and it does not qualify for the requested price beat you will be contacted and your credit card will not be charged.
If Toolriver does not carry all the items inside a competitor's bundle, can I request a Rapid Price Beat for a bundle with similar items?
Unfortunately, no. The same restrictions that apply to price beating single items also apply to bundles. Both Toolriver & our Competitor must have stock at the time of price beat. It's only available on items regularly stocked at Toolriver and items must be the exact same model, part number, year, colour and condition. Please see below for details.
What's the catch?
There is a limit of 2 (two) Rapid Price Beats per item, per customer, however; if our Competitor's price is limited to only 1 (One) per customer then the limit for price beating that item will be 1 (One) per customer as well. Any items purchased over the Rapid Price Beat Limit will be sold at regular price. Both Toolriver and its Competitor must have stock at the time of price beat. The price beat is only available on items regularly stocked at Toolriver and items must be the exact same model, part number, year, colour and condition. Items must be new, factory sealed, & subject to manufacturer's warranty in Canada. Competitors must be in Canada and priced in Canadian Dollars. Products must also be shipped from within Canada. Cannot be used with any other promotion and does not apply to advertising errors, misprints, rebates (Including Mail-in-Rebates), coupons, special educational prices, club or group buying prices, restricted offers, location restricted or in-store only offers, mail order offers, premiums, free or bonus offers, limited quantity or limited time offers, minimum quantity offers, close-outs, liquidations, clearances, marketplace / third party resellers, auction or clearance sites such as eBay, out-of-business businesses and special financing offers.
There is no Price Protection and/or Rapid Price Beat Guarantee for Black Friday / Black Friday Week / Cyber Monday / Boxing Day / Boxing Week, or doorcrashers / weekly sales. Resellers do not qualify for purchases under our Rapid Price Beat Guarantee.

SHIPPING
How is shipping calculated?
We currently offer a flat rate shipping fee of $14.99 for orders under the weight of 20lbs in Canada. This flat shipping rate is only for standard ground shipping and is not available in the northern territories. Rates are calculated based on location, delivery service, and the package weight (calculated as the dimensional weight - or package size). The shipping estimator in the shopping cart will estimate the most economical service available for your selected location. Shipping costs are finalized during checkout once you complete your delivery address. Upon packing your order we decide which carrier will ultimately be used for your shipment based on similar pricing and estimated delivery time.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we do! All orders of $500 or more qualify for Free Shipping within Canada and USA excluding certain items. Expected delivery including processing time is between 4 and 14 business days for Free Shipping. We decide which carrier will ultimately be used for your free shipment. Some items cannot be shipped to the USA and rest of the World.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What's the deal?
Toolriver is committed to your satisfaction. Unless otherwise stated, Toolriver will accept merchandise in good, clean, working condition for a period of 30 days from the date-of-purchase. Returned items must have the original carton, packaging materials, and warranty information. Some items can not be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Due to hygienic reasons, masks, ear plugs, and other wearables that go over the mouth and nose, or in the ears, will not be accepted for return or exchange. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Restocking fees may apply.
How do I return an item?
To return online orders you must first receive a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Toolriver within 30 days from your original invoice date. After 30 days from purchase we can no longer issue an RMA and will refer you to the manufacturer for warranty service. RMA numbers expire 14 days after they are issued.
STEP #1:
Please email support@toolriver.ca to request a refund with details of your order number and item(s) you wish to return.
STEP #2:
Upon receiving your request, we will assign you an RMA number and reply to your email with what your next steps should be.
Please remember that all returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging and in resalable condition, with all packaging, extra parts, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation originally included.
A valid RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the shipping packaging. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused. The customer is responsible for any additional damage to an item or loss during shipment to Toolriver.ca. Therefore, we recommend that all items shipped to us be insured for damage or loss. Returns from Canadian Customers must be shipped to our Canadian warehouse mailing address:

BACK ORDERS
What if you are out of stock?
If an item is on back order or goes out of stock, we will typically ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the back ordered items become available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling if this is the case.
WARRANTIES
What's the deal?
Toolriver will help facilitate the return of defective product(s) to the manufacturer for repair or replacement at no cost to our customer with in the first year, unless otherwise specified. For Refurbished and Clearance items this period is thirty (30) days, unless otherwise specified.
* Some manufacturers may require customers to contact them directly for warranty support.
Physical damages, modifying, altering or using a product outside its factory parameters will void its warranty and is not covered by our standard warranty policy.
